Mission: make sure the government serves the People of Nepal.
Goal: bringing together a group of people that come up with some good suggestions / alternatives that can be helpful for the constitution writing process.
How: by streamlining the thoughts, solutions, ideas etc that are posted on webportals, twitter & Facebook
Core of the idea is an online forum where
- All the items of the constitution can be discussed.
- All the items of the budget and government plans / moves can be discussed
- Items to monitor or how to put pressure are discussed.
Suggestions /
ideas are edited into workable ideas by democratically appointed moderators (who
can also be impeached by the community if thought necessary) .
In-depth description.
Based on the discussions on the forum independent moderators can create for each topic of the constitution or government plan 2 to max 4 separate alternatives / suggestions / ideas.
The community can vote on the alternatives while the discussion goes on. Moderators try to identify pro’s and con’s for the different opinions. So people can discuss and or understand consequences of decisions and suggested ideas. (it’s easy to have an opinion, but in reality an idea might have some unexpected / unwanted side effects)
Contributors are motivated to back their stories up by references and sources.

- Other ways to push your agenda in Nepali politics
Good background stories with facts and references from other sources like newspapers can be published to help people forming an opinion and come with better answers, solutions etc
Needs; You need very good independent moderators to start with. If you have a substantial number of contributors. New moderators can put themselves forward and be elected.
Moderators can be impeached by the community.
Moderators are paid by ad revenues.
You need at least 2 moderators a topic.
